I'll discuss the background and story of my thesis for my MSc in Human Factors and Systems Safety at Lund University. I did original qualitative research to understand why cybersecurity organizations might want to use QRA. The research draws from other bodies of work that view QRA as a type of fantasy document and enabling device and posits that this could also be true within cybersecurity organizations.
