Investors consider many factors when evaluating risks and opportunities of new ventures. Typically, audit reports like a (SOC)2 or controls framework assessment would be used to describe the security posture of a prospective acquisition, investment target or strategic partner. In this webinar, Tom Keogh will describe what those reports can and cannot tell you and will suggest ways to get beyond their limitations. Tom is a Principal with Square1 Risk, LLC with previous risk management experience at Walmart, PwC and Cigna, among others.
